White-Label Mode

White-label mode removes all Flowqen branding from your forms, emails, and widgets — so your clients only see yourbrand. It's perfect for agencies, SaaS companies, and freelancers who resell form services.

Setup: Business Plan

If you're on the Business plan, white-label is included. Here's how to turn it on for a specific form:

1

Open form settings

Go to Dashboard → Forms → (your form) → Settings.

2

Find "Branding" section

Scroll down to the Branding section. You'll see the white-label toggle.

3

Toggle it on

When enabled, the “Powered by Flowqen” badge and all Flowqen references are removed from that form's public-facing pages and emails.

Setup: Agency Program

Agencies get organization-wide white-label — set it once and it applies to every form under your agency.

1

Go to Agency Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard → Agency.

2

Open the Branding tab

Click the Branding tab at the top.

3

Enter your brand name

Type your agency name (e.g., “Acme Digital”). This replaces “Flowqen” everywhere — thank-you pages, emails, widget badges.

4

Set your custom domain (optional)

Enter a domain like forms.youragency.com and click Save. Then configure your DNS (see below).

Use case:You run a web design agency and build websites for restaurants. Each restaurant gets a contact form that shows “Powered by AcmeDigital” instead of Flowqen. Your clients never know which platform you use behind the scenes.

Custom Domain Setup

Custom domains let forms load from your own URL instead of flowqen.com. For example: forms.youragency.com/contact.

1

Choose your subdomain

Pick a subdomain like forms.youragency.com. Don't use your root domain — a subdomain is required.

2

Add a CNAME DNS record

Go to your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and add:

DNS Record
Type: CNAME
Name: forms (or whatever subdomain you chose)
Value: cname.vercel-dns.com
3

Enter the domain in Flowqen

In Agency → Branding → Custom Domain, type forms.youragency.com and save.

4

Wait for SSL (automatic)

SSL is provisioned automatically within 10 minutes. Once active, your forms will load over HTTPS on your custom domain.

Don't use Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud). For the CNAME record, set Cloudflare to DNS only(gray cloud). The orange-cloud proxy interferes with Vercel's SSL provisioning.

Common Questions

Can I white-label individual forms on the Business plan?
Yes. Each form has its own branding toggle. You can white-label some forms and leave Flowqen branding on others.
Will white-label hide Flowqen from the HTML source code?
The "Powered by Flowqen" badge is removed from the visible UI. The form submission endpoint URL still references flowqen.com unless you set up a custom domain.
Can my clients access the Flowqen dashboard?
On the Agency plan, you can invite client users to your organization with limited permissions. They'll see your agency branding throughout the dashboard.
What happens if I downgrade from Business to Starter?
White-label settings are saved but deactivated. Forms will show Flowqen branding again until you upgrade back.
